I would like to invite you to participate in my latest "Faces Of" portrait project which has a focus on the county I live in, the town I love to visit and got married in, and a community of people who are proud of the area they spend their time in. I intend to showcase the people who represent St. Johns County, and St. Augustine specifically, by offering updated headshot portraits to them, as well as bring them together at a gallery event that will enable conversation and networking.
To me, a portrait tells a story, and a gallery exhibit full of individuals shows not only our differences but what we have in common, as well. A written or multimedia piece will appear alongside each portrait to better introduce viewers to their neighbors and friends.
...are those who love, work in, or frequent the beautiful city of St. Augustine, Florida and its surrounding areas. This includes community members, business owners, chefs, real estate agents, volunteers, church or synagogue leaders, historic experts, moms, dads, children, residents – basically anyone who is interested in getting an updated headshot and has a story to share through their photo.
Select your level of participation:
*A portion of proceeds will be shared with the
Junior Service League of St. Augustine.
Gallery Event will be held October 7th. Details TBA.
For this project, the photographer will identify those who are making a difference in their unique way, while living, working in, learning, visiting or being an ambassador for St. Augustine community. Identified patrons will select a level of participation that will provide them with an updated, professional headshot, as well as the opportunity to attend the gallery event where their images will be exhibited. The venue will hold the artwork to be viewed, as well as a place for each participant to share their story, be it personal or professional, and connect with others in the St. Johns County community.
